I spy with my little eye: day 1 in europe | madrid airport and geneva switzerland photographs

undefinedWe spent a good amount of time in the Madrid airport when we missed our connection to Geneva because of a flight delay. These is some visuals of the Madrid airport ceiling landscape. Awesome.

The streets in Geneva, Switzerland, our first night:

Here’s a little image of my husband and I standing in front of the clock made of flowers. We were like, “What’s with the clock?” Duh, Tim and Candice! Ever heard of Swiss Watches? We were seriously tempted to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a swiss watch as a souvenir for Tim. Somehow we forgot about how much money we had when we were there. We
didn’t end up buying the watch then, but someday we will. My sister-in-law had recently been in the Rolex store and had seen a man purchase his Rolex. They then put his new watch in the watch box, locked it, and handcuffed the box to his wrist. He was then escorted out the door to his Bentley. Yeah. This is their reality.

Switzerland. A city of expensive watches, and “suhweeet” rides. No car parked on the city street was anything but a Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Bentley (my favorite), or Range Rover. What would it have been like to take our Honda Odyssey there? hahaha
